Ashton, who historically became the first woman to secure a PDC tour card via Q-School in 2020, rejoined the WDF tour earlier this year, with her first tournament win since returning coming this weekend.
Ashton toppled Australia's Tori Kewish 5-1 in the final, following wins over Abbey Morrison, Sarah Harrison, Lavinnia Hogg, Desi Mercer and Australian Open Champion Beau Greaves in the semi-final stage with an 89.24 average.
Kewish's route to the final included wins over Wendy Harper in the quarter-final and Kirsty Hutchinson in the semi-final.
The win sees Ashton move back into the top 32 of the Women's WDF rankings.
